The reasons for the lack of heat in the heat exchanger are as follows:

1. The air is not discharged. The heat exchanger body is not designed with tube side and shell side high point release valves, which will affect the heat exchange. At the initial stage of operation, when the system is filled with water and during operation, steam release shall be carried out irregularly to minimize the influence of air in the system on heat exchange.

2. There is scaling phenomenon. Fouling will have a great impact on the heat transfer of the heat exchanger, resulting in a decrease in the heat transfer coefficient and a significant decrease in the heat transfer efficiency.

3. Insufficient amount of steam. In the heat exchanger system, the steam metering device uses vortex flowmeter, due to the limited installation conditions, can not meet the steam metering device installation requirements, for the amount of steam into the equipment can not obtain accurate data.

4. The waterway is blocked. The blockage of the waterway will reduce the amount of circulating water flowing through the equipment, resulting in large temperature difference between the water outlet and the water inlet of the heat exchanger, large pressure difference and high drain temperature.

5. Poor hydrophobicity. During the operation of the heat exchanger, condensate drainage is not smooth. The water level in the equipment often reaches the high limit. Bypass should be opened for drainage. Otherwise, the water level will rise and the steam pressure on the steam side will rise, causing the steam side safety valve of the heat exchanger heater to jump.
