5. Poor drainage. The condensate drainage is not smooth during the operation of the heat exchanger. The water level in the equipment often reaches a high limit. A bypass must be opened for drainage. Otherwise, the water level will rise and the vapor pressure on the steam side will increase, causing the steam side of the heat exchanger heater The safety valve takes off.
