1: startup, shutdown operation and precautions:

(2) Shutdown operation: stop the pump and cut off the power supply before shutdown. After stopping the pump, slowly close the inlet valve on the hot side, then close the inlet valve on the cold side, and finally close the outlet valve of the two media. If there is a vent valve on the pipeline, open it.
2: heat exchanger chemical cleaning:
This method is to circulate a chemical solution through the heat exchanger to dissolve and eliminate the dirt on the surface of the plate without disassembling the heat exchanger and simplifying the cleaning process. As the plate corrugation can promote the violent turbulence of the cleaning liquid and is conducive to the dissolution of the scale layer, one of the most ideal methods is to control the cleaning time and the concentration of the chemical solvent. Taking into account the properties of the working conditions, the cleaning is divided into two times, I .e. shutdown and cleaning once before startup.
